Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: April 2026
1. Purpose and Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs your access to and use of the digital infrastructure, AI models, APIs, and Site provided by Ubuntu Alliance Group (Pty) Ltd trading as Pantorem ("Pantorem"). By accessing our infrastructure, you agree to this AUP.
2. Prohibited AI and Compute Abuse
Our infrastructure is engineered for algorithmic risk assessment. You strictly may not use our systems, compute resources, or AI models to:
- Generate, process, or distribute illegal content, including material that facilitates fraud, exploitation, or physical harm.
- Execute automated attacks, DDoS, or deliberately overload our backend architecture to exhaust compute resources.
- Bypass, disable, or tamper with API rate limits, security protocols, or authentication layers.
- Feed our models with malicious code, malware, or prompt-injection payloads designed to compromise our algorithmic integrity.
3. Data Scraping and Model Extraction
You are prohibited from using automated scrapers, spiders, or unauthorized API calls to extract behavioral data, model outputs, or logic from our infrastructure. Furthermore, you may not use any outputs generated by Pantorem's models to train, benchmark, or reverse-engineer competing artificial intelligence or machine learning systems.
4. Enforcement and Suspension
Pantorem actively monitors infrastructure usage for anomalies and security threats. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to any user, partner, or IP address that violates this AUP, without prior notice, to protect our compute environments.
5. Contact and Reporting
